Well, the move and everything is finally over and things are settling down again. We've been doing some light training here and there but now that things are pretty much smoothed out we're planning on training a couple nights a week. Anyone want to come by and train with us?
ugg, the other day i was clearing up some brush with my machete. after about 1/2 hour my thumb starts to get swore. i look down and the handle rubbed off the skin around the base of the thumb. its all scabbed no so if i use a sword the handle will crack the scab. hope it heals soon, i need to do some swordwork, cole
Today, I cut mats with some fellow backyard cutters. Cutting today didn't go as well as I thought it would for me, because it took me three times at least to get a suhei-suhei double. Barely. Also, I wasn't in top form today, probably because I didn't practice for almost 2 weeks. However, I hope that I can continue to grow and be able to become a better cutter =) Gotta work a lot on my ha-suji =)

Hey everyone. Today I was thinking for a bit about the times when training gets frustrating or boring.
